Return Policy
We understand that sometimes the clothing you buy isn't the perfect fit or style. We want to make your return process as smooth as possible. Here's what you need to know:
Free Returns Option: For just $2.48, you can enjoy free return shipping by selecting this option at checkout. This covers the return shipping label for all eligible items in your order. Without this option, a return label will be provided and the cost will be deducted from the return.
Return Portal: Our return portal is super user-friendly, making it easy for you to initiate and track your return. You can access the return portal here: https://macaronikids.com/apps/redo/returns-portal
Return Window: You have 8 days from the delivery date to be eligible for a product exchange or refund to your original payment method. The delivery day counts as day one.
Shipping Guidelines: Please ensure your package is scanned by the carrier within the 8-day window. Shipping stores and kiosks may not guarantee timely returns. All shipping labels become void after 8 days. Returns sent after this period will not be accepted.
Important Notes:
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments. Refunds or store credits cannot be processed for these items.
- No exceptions can be made to this policy.
- Exchanged items can not be returned
Restocking Fees:
- Standard items: $1.99 per item
- Parni and Camille Kids Shoes: $2.99 per item
- Orders over $300: 4% restocking fee
- Excessive returns may result in a 5% restocking fee and possible cancellation of future orders.
- Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.
- When possible to cancel there will be a $9.99 or 5% fee, whichever is greater.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be in original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Include the packing slip for order identification.
- Items without original packaging are not eligible for credit or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Hair accessories, pajamas, underwear
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care goods (beauty products)
- Sale items above 20% off
- Items from personal shopping services
Guidelines for Free Returns Option:
- Follow all return policy guidelines.
- Items must be returned within the 8-day window.
- Items must be in new condition, unwashed, with all tags attached.
- Final-sale and special discounted items are not eligible for free returns.
- Restocking fees may still apply.
